This course is going to look at data governance in 2021 and provide recommendations for compliance with GDPR and CCPA for organization. The amount of data organizations are collecting keeps increasing. This course will look at compliance issues in 2021 and beyond.
Learning Objectives
- Identify and describe the specific regulations which apply to their location, industry, or organization
- Review and compare the major domestic and international frameworks for consumer privacy and data regulation. Specifically, this course will look at GDPR, CPPA, CPRA, CDPA, and more
- Identify the major requirements of these data governance frameworks and the best methods to comply with the requirements
- Recognize how to explain the specific risks and costs which would result in non-compliance with data governance that apply to their location, industry, or organization
- Describe specific tools and resources which could assist in promoting compliance for their organization
